Comprehensive ADHD Diagnostic Assessment

Gain clarity through a comprehensive ADHD evaluation conducted by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). This assessment is designed to determine whether an individual meets DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), identify the presence and severity of ADHD symptoms, evaluate their impact on daily functioning, and provide individualized recommendations for treatment and support. The evaluation includes a comprehensive clinical interview, review of current concerns and developmental history, collateral information (when available and appropriate), and administration of standardized, evidence-based assessment tools, including the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS), Wender Utah Rating Scale (WURS), and the Executive Skills Questionnaire–Revised (ESQ-R). Information from these measures is integrated to assess attention, executive functioning, impulsivity, symptom onset, and impairment across multiple settings in accordance with DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria. The assessment is typically completed over 3–4 sessions, allowing sufficient time to gather comprehensive information, interpret results, and ensure an accurate diagnostic evaluation. At the final session, you will receive a detailed summary of findings, a determination regarding whether DSM-5-TR criteria for ADHD are met, and personalized recommendations for treatment, accommodations, referrals (if appropriate), and strategies to improve daily functioning. Assessments are available for adults.
